What would be the actual streaming protocol there?  I'm mostly
concerned with ease of access to my music collection from a variety of
external machines & programs.

That's great news... I hadn't realized that you had plans to start
some heavy work on MythMusic "soon-ish".

I'd be happy to help out on a per-task/feature basis... I may not have
the time to oversee a large-scale revamp, but I can certainly do some
design and coding of individual functional areas.
