[mythtv] dvb-s timeout too low for tuning on my system

Hello,

I have a DVB-S card in my mythtv box (visionplus 1020) and was experiencing
timeouts when trying to tune certain channels.  Chris Pinkham had me try
bumping the timeout on the socket from 7000 to 9000 and this seems to have
worked.  The recorder was taking just over 7 seconds to initialize and
respond to the SPAWN_LIVETV.  This is with 0.20-fixes build with the
--enable-proc-opt on a K8 (3500+) 32 bit os.  I am including a link to the
debug output that I passed on to Chris to help me fix my issue.
