[mythtv] Development Tool

Eclipse has a CDT plugin which works pretty well now (though this was
not always the case so it still has a kind of bad reputation in some
circles).

You can set up qtassistant, qtdesigner, or qmake as external tools
(run-->externaltools-->new).  And you may have to convince eclipse that
the qt3 libraries exist by including them in the project.

At least this has been my experience with qt3 in eclipse.  If anyone has
a better method then I'd like to hear about it just as much as the next
guy.  I hear there's a qt plugin but I can't find it on the eclipse page
so I'm scared to try it.
