[13146] missed updating mythtv/themes/default-wide/controls-ui.xml

I have attached a patch that removes the text labels indicating the
bindings to change views.

I haven't made any adjustments to the remaining element
locations/sizes (as was made in the non wide-screen ui) as I am not
that familiar with the .xml syntax.
