[mythtv] Mythmusic Broken - Suspect changeset [13141] related to ticket #3257

Hi,

I am updating to SVN HEAD and have encountered a compile problem, this
exists even though I did a distclean.

After some investigation it appears that the ui.patch (from ticket #3257)
wasn't applied to trunk in changeset [13141] , but then again I am not a cpp
programmer. ;)
