[mythtv] mpegts adding av streams with bad codecs

    Yeah I'll post one tomorrow morning.  I originally diffed the ffmpeg 
version first to see if the changes were small enough to replace the 
myth version with it and was floored at how different they are.  I do 
not envy the person who ports the ffmpeg changes back into myth.

    I'll be honest and say that there may be something else I'm messing 
up before it gets to the file (FirewireSignalMonitor changes to get myth 
to record the file), so once I post the ticket go ahead and flame me if 
I'm retarded.

    Anyway, thanks for the response, I'll get the ticket up.
