If you are asking about the scanning branch, then no. I'm
only trying to break up the channel scanning and the channel
insertion at the moment. This will allow me to resolve a
lot of the outstanding channel scanning tickets. But DVB-C
is not something I'll be working on, other than trying not
to break existing functionality. After addressing the current
tickets I may make some improvements to DVB-S scanning, but
it sounds like your cable provider breaks the DVB standards
pretty badly and it isn't clear to me how exactly you would
detect this condition and resolve it.

FYI Stuart A. may have a fix in mind for your situation that
I'm not aware of. This issue has been discussed before.
