Confirmed, i played the same stream (ProSieben from Astra 19.2) 
simultanous on two systems. One patched for H.264 and one unpatched.  
The second system is not capable of H.264 anyway :)

The unpatched was streaming correctly, the patched was giving micro 
freezes and not good watching.
