[mythtv] Missing recordings, and recordings never ending

Could be, except that I'm missing things. It started after I added a couple
of new tuners. So, I'm pretty sure I get to rebuild my tuners database
again.
It's a royal pain for me, since I have one of the HDHomeRun tuners on my
cable segment, and I have to manually edit all of the channels. Oh well,
I've been wanting to rescan with the new firmware anyway. And, I've heard
that sometimes cable companies use QAM256 *and* QAM64, and I'm only scanning
the 256 -- could find some missing channels :)
