[mythtv] crash in mainserver.cpp (with patch)

I'm using the latest SVN code from the release-0-20-fixes branch.
When I use the MythTV Player (v0.5.0, http://sudu.dk/mythtvplayer),
if I delete a recording while I'm watching the recording the
mythbackend sometimes crashes.

Attached is a patch.  FTR, here's a stack trace:
