NBC-DT is a big culprit of this.  I've been meaning to look into patching
the Playback Profiles code to include a Video Scan option so that I can
force interlacing on all NBC-DT recordings as well as a 100ms audio delay as
I seem to need that to.  I haven't gotten around to it yet...
