[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #2448: frontend hangs when switching livetv/guide

Odd, there seems to be multiple fixes for this issue, which is odd. Anyway,
my particular work-around for this is to either disable "Use GUI size for TV
playback" or keep that enabled and make sure that GUI height is 0 (uses the
display height) and only adjust GUI width.
