Second version of the patch attached to ticket.

Done. It also adds a second confirmation PopUp,
and hides the "Use existing schema" button
(unless DBSchemaAutoUpgrade == -1).



I haven't worked out a nice way to check if
backends or other frontends are running, though.
Working out the MBE IP address and querying it,
and doing the same for SBEs is possible,
but any number of other frontends could
also be connected.



For now, the UI for an extra message is there
(if other clients are connected to the database),
but not the code to actually count connections.

I would prefer to commit soon,
and fill that part in later.
