[mythtv] Missing recordings

Looks like your database may be having problems, which can easily lead
to failed recordings. Check
http://mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/User_Manual:Periodic_Maintenance#Optimize_the_Database
and see if it detects (and fixes) any problems.
