I was working on a different implementation of the repeat/shuffle icon stuff. 
I've been distracted by more important changes, but will try and finish it 
off.

As far as the album art patch, I'm wondering if we really need a change to the 
theme. Would it not make more sense to add a setting to always display 
albumart in the playback screen, overriding whatever visualiser is chosen? 
There isn't space for both blackholes to be used, it's one or the other and I 
can't see themers wanting to force the choice on users.
