No. There is an old patch which used to add this:

but I haven't applied it yet because
I didn't like the way it was done.

(I would rather have individual subdirs
  sprinkled through the src, like:
  LINUX_GCC4.1.2_debug,
  DARWIN_GCC4.0.1_release
)
