That may be the behavior you expect, but Myth allows users to "hide"
copies of identical channels by giving them the same callsign and
channel number (though now, technically, we're supposed to verify that
the listings are identical before hiding them--MythWeb doesn't have the
code to do this, but feel free to write a patch).  If you want to see
multiple copies of your channels in the listings/EPG, you'll need to
give them different callsigns or different channel numbers (or both). 
Both callsign and channel number are user-editable fields that can be
modified using mythtv-setup or MythWeb's channel editor (generally, keep
callsign all alpha and channel number all numeric).
