[mythtv] Program Guide SLOW

Well, I figured out what was going on.  Turns out that when the db was
upgraded, my xvmc settings were wiped, along with the setting of which
post-processor<?> it's using.  The part where I'm talking about is
changing it from xvmc to ffmpeg or kernel for de-interlacing.

To fix, I just changed the options around until I found something suitable.
