I have checked it extensively for 0.21 fixes, but probably not enough for
trunk.
Will spend some time looking at trunk during the weekend. Probably the way
to go is install libs into $PREFIX/lib (INSTALL_ROOT=/c/mythtv/build and
PREFIX=c:/mythtv/build) during build and then copy over to lib for run-time
package.
If I recall, mythplugins/configure wasn't supportive of this and required
some patching, I'll revisit it.
