Just repeating an idea that has been put forward before by others but
with the idea of the mythtv-setup mythbackend start/stop code.

Is it possible that if a user says no to shutting down the backend
that the menu options that require a backend to be shutdown are
hidden?

Just thought I would refloat the idea, it is obviously something that
could be added later.
