[mythtv] Ticket #1104: multi channelaudiosupport

Here is another log file.  This one shows what happens with the svn
rev 16112 if a show matches a playback group with a non 1.0x speed
selected.  When I do this, the audio is garbled and the video is way
out of sync.  If I use ADJUSTSTRETCH to bump the timestretch down or
up a notch, it fixes the problem and it plays just fine, but I have to
do this every time I play a show in such a playback group.

The show in question is at 1080i with DD5.1 audio.
