[mythtv] Ticket #4503: Guide shows duplicate channels after multirec if channum's are the same

They do not. What ends of happening is in a listing of 7 channels, 3 are
dups. That's a feature? The channel entry being overwritten is a completely
different channel than what's overwriting it, other than the channel numbers
match. In my case, one is HBOE (DVB) and the other is TVLAND (MPEG).
