[mythtv] --as-needed fix from Nigel

Hello, Nigel.

Log file attached. This is clean build (rpm) from svn 15577.

Unresolved symbols found in libmythui and libmythupnp libraries.

--as-needed enabled by default in ld from binutils-2.17.50.0.6-alt1 package.
