[mythtv] Ticket #4504: Extend guide to show unavailable channels in a different color (multirec)

It's more of a usability issue. It's easier to distinguish unavailable
channels by having them grayed out than by looking for icons - especially
when using Myth on a large screen. I think the visual distinction between
available and unavailable channels should be similar to the visual
distinction made between enabled and disabled GUI widgets.
