[mythtv] Ticket #4397: win32 dependancy resolver and build script

Anyone else experiencing issues with this patch? I patched v28 to v29 and
when I try to run it I get this error:

syntax error at C:\Documents and Settings\jmodi\Desktop\win32-packager.pl
line 421, near "sh["
Execution of C:\Documents and Settings\jmodi\Desktop\win32-packager.pl
aborted due to compilation errors.

I believe it has to do with the period in this line (421) but do not know
how to escape it:
copy     => setup_themes.sh[''=>'',
