[mythtv] Error running win32-packager.pl

As per request from the wiki 
(http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Windows_Port)  I'm mailing this 
list upon a nice little error from the installer script.

ps. This wrangling with windows almost makes me wish to retry installing 
my serial touchscreen lcd on linux again... ;)
