[mythtv] OpenGL theme painter + QT 4.4 problems

I've observed the same thing on Ubuntu Hardy with the backports enabled 
(supplying Qt 4.4.0). It seems to happen to all the screens that involve 
Qt widgets. The 'watch recordings' screen is the odd one out except for 
the fact that you can open a menu there containing Qt widgets.
