[mythtv] Win32 packager crashes link error

After purging the old library names
(rm /c/mythtv/mythtv/libs/*/myth*.dll),
I got a successful make.


Qt4's install rules are all broken, though.
That needs some patching of either
mkspecs, or qmake :-(
