[mythtv] Ticket #5119 -- can someone with a Firewire recorder test the patch.

I no longer have a firewire recorder, could someone test 5119-v1.patch
It moves the InitializeInputs() call to the Open() function so
that we can detect errors initializing the inputs list and react
accordingly, but I can't test it myself.
