[mythtv] Bind error in MythFrontend

Hi,

I cross-compiled and running the MythTV on the target board.
I am getting the following error while running the frontend.

QServerSocket: failed to bind or listen to the socket

Did anybody get similar error(may be PC based) - Some possible scenarios
while we would get the same error ..
