[mythtv] Ticket #4872: Detect if video is letterboxed and switch to corect fill mode

In your statement you have tour answer :). I do not reliably tell the
bounding box of the picture since I want an algorithm that is fast
enough to run on the fly on a "live" stream. But yes it is possible to
make it zoom to any scale. But full/half is all that I need at least.
