[mythtv] Regarding error:Unable to find DB info for video

Hi,
When i am typing the command like
$ mythcommflag --rebuild --file Videos/NVEExport.0001.mpg
2008-11-25 18:52:02.637 Using runtime prefix = /usr, libdir = /usr/lib
2008-11-25 18:52:02.637 Empty LocalHostName.
2008-11-25 18:52:02.654 New DB connection, total: 1
2008-11-25 18:52:02.659 Closing DB connection named 'DBManager0'
mythcommflag: ERROR: Unable to find DB info for NVEExport.0001.mpg

It is showing error like:
Unable to find DB info for NVEExport0001.mpg.

Please tell me the solution for this error.
