My main concern was with:

Tout téléchargement, dès lors qu'il n'est pas explicitement permis, est formellement interdit ; tout téléchargement abusif qui serait constaté pourrait entraîner de la part de AlloCiné et/ou de tout tiers concerné la prise de sanctions qui se révéleraient appropriées, notamment en cas de violation des droits de la propriété intellectuelle.

Which would seem to prohibit téléchargement (downloading) though the wording seems strange even for a legal document ("while downloading, since it is not explicitly permitted, is strictly prohibited" I didn't realize they were paid by the piece).

If personal, non-commercial use is allowed then I have no reason to remove the script.

The first step is to ask, if they don't prohibit it, or are willing to waive certain aspects then there is nothing to worry about.

I've recently made our search scripts use a non-generic user agent, this should make us easier to work with (or against).

It just drives traffic back to their site, so if anything an "ad widget". At least that is all I see on the UK partnership/rss page.
