[mythtv] Theming mailing list

Hi all,

I wanted to drop a line to the list after chatting with a few folks in
IRC about this.  I want to propose the creating of a Myth theming
mailing list.  With MythUI, there has been a recent resurgence in
interest in myth theming, including my answering some very basic theme
questions in talk pages on the wiki.  I'd like to get a mailing list
set up under the notion of "if you build it, they will come."  There's
no place to search for MythUI-specific theming information outside of
the wiki, and some of the information there pertains to old theming
versus new, etc.  The only way we're going to see real innovative new
themes will be by building up a decent community with good
documentation on the topic.  I'm already at work on the docs, but
having a discussion forum would be really useful.
