[mythtv] problem with eit-cache

hello,

I'm searching for a potential bug inside the eit-parser for the program 
guide. (i've already asked the user list previously)
I have regularly wrong data inside my program guide like the following: 
(CSV style)
STARTTIME; ENDTIME; TITLE; DESCRIPTION
2009-04-27 23:11:51:000;2009-04-28 00:06:48:000;Fringe - Grenzfälle des 
FBI;""TV total" ist Kult - und die einzige tagesaktuelle Comedy-Show im 
deutschen Fernsehen. Stefan Raab begeistert die Zuschauer stets aufs 
Neue. Wen mag es also verwundern, dass die Prominenz für einen Platz auf 
der "TV total"-Couch Schlange steht? Die angesagtesten Music-Acts, die 
beliebtesten Schauspieler und die witzigsten Comedians, bei Stefan Raab 
geben sich die Superstars die Klinke in die Hand."

2009-04-28 00:06:48:000;2009-04-28 01:16:14:000;Fringe - Grenzfälle des 
FBI;"Der kleine Ort Wem in England, November 1995: Das Rathaus steht in 
Flammen. Ein Hobbyfotograf schießt Bilder von dem Brand. Als er die 
Fotos entwickelt, bemerkt er etwas Gespenstisches: Mitten im Feuer steht 
ein kleines Mädchen - an einer Stelle, an der niemals ein Mensch hätte 
stehen können. Gemeinsam mit dem Profifotografen Uli Klose überprüft 
"Galileo Mystery" das angebliche Geisterfoto. Gutachten bestätigen: Das 
Negativ wurde nicht manipuliert ..."

These two shows are running consecutively but the first has the _wrong_ 
title but correct description.

The eit_cache entries for these two are the following:
from_unixtime(endtime); eventid; tableid; version; status
2009-04-28 00:06:48:000;  22370;      78;      29;      0
2009-04-28 01:16:14:000;  22371;      78;      31;      0

version = 31 is the maximum possible version and if i understand the 
eit-system right it was used to override previously broad casted eit-
informations with lower versions.
Can this be a bug from the eit-provider, cause he broad casts different 
data with the same version-id (and myth ignores them cause they are in 
the eit_cache) or looks this like a bug in mythtv eit-cache?
Can you help me to further investigate this problem?
