[mythtv] frame dropping with ticket #5900 (AC3-enc) + #6279 (soft-volume)

I've found out, that the frame dropping only happens when the hardware 
vdpau decoder was used. 
For all xvid (VidOutVDPAU: Created VDPAU context (software decode)) no 
frames will be dropped. Perhaps now someone has an idea whats wrong here 
with current trunk and ticket #5900?
