[mythtv] JAMU - should it be included in the main app?

Considering that the wiki states that JAMU can only be run on the
mythbackend machines, would it not seem wise to include it in with the main
app instead of with mythvideo?
The reason I ask is that I have separate backend and frontend machines and,
with the exception of wanting to use JAMU, I do not see a reason to have to
install mythvideo on my backend. Unless there is some sort of dependency
issue that requires mythvideo.
