Ignore what I said about OTA and non-OTA channels. I've narrowed this
down to something else. When in Program Guide, try 1) pushing SELECT,
then Record only this showing, and 2) pushing RECORD on a
program. Both create a Single Record rule, but 1) only requires one
instance of SELECT->Do not record this program (whether from Guide or
from Upcoming Recordings) to remove, while 2) requires two. 2)
definitely creates a real and valid rule that records properly,
though.

I use Guide to create recording rules infrequently enough that this
oddity is something that very well might have existed in 0.21-fixes
before applying your patch, and only my happening to schedule six
simultaneous recordings from Guide to test the patch caused me to
notice it.
