[mythtv] myth architecture docs at cuymedia

This is more for Daniel but in case anyone else notices...

The myth doxygen docs at http://www.cuymedia.net/mythtv-trunk/ 
index.html are coming up 401 and you have to use http://www.cuymedia.net/www.cuymedia.net/mythtv-trunk/ 
  instead. If that's intentional then cool but it looks like it might  
be a mistake related to the two new sites that seem to have been added  
on Saturday.
