[mythtv] win32 mythfrontend (using Terra) crash on entering setup (r21026)

Something about Terra (or a Qt bug) causes excessive GDI usage when using that theme on Windows.  XP/Vista enforce a default limit of 10000 GDI objects per process; the assert in your log was generated after Qt tried to allocate beyond the limit.
