[mythtv] Ticket #6764: Add 10X skip

Give me some credit here. Yes, of course I am aware of the SEEKRWND
and SEEKFFWD bindings. The context of my messages has always
specifically been regarding the JUMP bindings and its synonyms,
CHANNELUP/DOWN.

That said, and especially given my mistake about the default setting
for the JUMP skips and consequent unusefulness of 100-minutes jumps, I
request that #6764 be closed. For my part, I am going to take your
suggestion and try using mythfrontend for a while with modified
Playback Group settings. If it doesn't work out -- I will be going
against 3.5 years of muscle memory here -- I can always restore my
prior settings and patch locally.
