[mythtv] Unable to change to a different major channel group while recording digital TV

There's an option in the frontend to avoid conflicts between LiveTV
and recording.. I can't remember where it is exactly, but it makes
LiveTV use the last available tuner in your setup whereas recordings
will start with the first.

IIRC there's a patch which enables browsing between the tuners in
LiveTV mode that might be in trunk, or is on it's way or something.

Both these subjects have been beaten to death in the forums so a quick
search should show up the details.
