[mythtv] DVBS2

Since yesterday I've been able to use my TechnoTrend 3200 S2 card. I
used a very recent checkout of MytvTV svn in combination with the
latest s2api.riky.r0.patch in ticket 5882.

(I haven't tuned to actual S2 channels though)
