I've seen it a couple more times on HD-PVR recordings and have yet to
see it on ATSC MPEG2 recordings.  My sample set on the latter is
fairly small, though, but that will change this weekend.

Anyway, it's a problem I intend to look into, but I've got a couple of
other things I will probably do first.
