[mythtv] Ticket #7197 and a question about tv_play.cpp

Hi,

I can't change to a channel on an other input while using the UP and DOWN 
buttons in live tv mode.
I found a solution and created ticked #7191 with a patch attached to it.
I have a question about tv_play.cpp which affects this patch.

Is there a reason why the CommitQueuedInput(ctx) function called from 
TV::BrowseHandleAction after a "SELECT" action is found?
