[mythtv] Help testing #6719

I've applied #6719, #6611 and #6602 to .23-fixes r24029 on a system with
two Kworld ATSC110/115 cards , a Kworld PlusTV HD PCI 120 card, a
pvrusb2 and an hdpvr and all seem to work OK. Live tv is improved on
all of them, with smoother transitions between shows, there are no crashes
yet. I'll report any problems I see.
