[mythtv] segfault in .23-fixes when starting playback

I finally had time to recompile with a profile build and capture this backtrace.

The steps to make it happen are:

1)start mythfrontend on my MBE.
2)navigate to watch recordings.
3)attempt to start watching a recording.

Segfault happens immediately following the 'Please Wait'.
