I'm pretty sure that this will seriously mess things up in the
commflag/seektable building (mostly seektable) for most H.264 streams.
 Having spent a fair amount of my time messing with it to try to make
it work, I can tell you that this suggestion is raising a BIG red flag
in my mind.

I hope he gets a chance to look it over and fix it well. :)  We seem
to keep having the "one step forward, one step back" situation,
especially in our seektable code for the various parsers.  I'd love to
see this one put to bed permanently. :)
