[mythtv] AC3 playback mangled until timestretch activated

"Me too", except that I'm running 0.22-fixes and not trunk.  I'm running out
of the JYA repository though so I'm guessing that it probably also has the
new audio code in it.

Of course if it DOESN'T contain the new audio code then I guess I have other
problems :)  My symptoms are the same, anyways.  Let me know if you want me
to test anything.
