[mythtv] Ticket #7888: Using PNG coverfiles from the file system with MythVideo

I didn't know that MythVideo had gained that functionality.  I
originally wrote this modification many years ago and have been
carrying it forward in my local installation with each successive
release of MythTV.  When I originally wrote it either (a) MythVideo
was not performing such an image hunt or (b) it didn't work for me
somehow.  I honestly cannot remember which case it was; it was quite
some time ago.

I had a browse through the source and don't see where this hunt takes
place.  Can you point me in the right direction?
